Self-emptying tanks in ST/ST quality AISI 316 from 1.000 to 50.000 Litres with cooling jacket.

Aplications:

Fermentation, soaking and elaboration of wine with the bagasse due to its special entrance that makes the bleeding and the unloading of the bagasses easy.
Once the fermentation has finished it is used to keep the wine just as any other standard tank.

Accessories:

Top entrance of 400 mm. Ø with rubber joint.
Double effect security valve.
Thermometer from 0 to 50ª C.
Sample tap.
Butterfly valve DIN exit for clean wine.
Butterfly valve DIN, exit for wastings.
Auto-emptying entrance of 400 mm. Ø with interior rack for bleeding.
Legs height 400 mm. until 4.000 L tanks and height of 500 mm from 5.000 Litres and larger tanks.The legs height may be altered on client's petition.

Technical characteristics:

Every side in contact with the liquid is built in ST/ST sheet quality AISI 316.
Interior curved edges for easy cleaning.
Weldings totally pasived and polished both on the inside and on the outside.
Special entrance with rack to make the bleeding and the unloading of the bagasses easy.
