Auto-emptying tanks in ST/ST quality AISI 316  from 1.000 to  50.000 Litres:

Aplications:
  • Fermentation, soaking and elaboration of wine together with the bagasse thanks to its special entrance that makes the bleeding and the unloading of the bagasses easy.
  • Once the fermentation has finished it is used to keep the wine just as any other standard tank.
Accessories:
  • Top entrance of 400 mm. Ø  with rubber joint.
  • Double effect security valve.
  • Thermometer from 0  to 50ª C.
  • Sample tap.
  • Butterfly valve DIN.Exit for clean wine. 
  • Butterfly valve DIN. Exit for wastings. 
  • Auto-emptying entrance of 400 mm. Ø  with interior bleeding rack.
  • Legs height of 400 mm. until 4.000 L  tanks and height  500 mm for  5.000 Litres. and larger tanks. Leg's height may be altered on customer's petition.
Technical Characteristics:
  • Every side in contact with the liquid is built in ST/ST sheet quality  AISI 316.
  • Bottoms with interior curved edges for easy cleaning.
  • Weldings totally pasived and polished both on the inside and on the outside.
  • Special entrance with rack to make the bleeding and the unloading of the bagasses easy.
