THREE DRUM SYSTEMS:
Open drum (Model P)
In this system the pressing basket is semi-laterally dotated with very fine conic slots.
This way and disposal of the slots guarantees the highest quality of the must and prevents an obturation of the slotted openings.

Easy cleaning.
Great drainage surface to extract the must that provides short time of pressing.
Closed drum (Model T)
The pressing drum is closed in this system, nevertheless it counts with interior canals to evacuate the must easily extracted, which are dotated with very fine slots. The must is driven through the exit mouths to the pressing drum towards the must deposit.
VENTAJAS
Soft pressing.
Great surface to separate the must.
Ideal for fermenting the paste and the time of the paste permanence resulting of the crushing (soaking).
Comfortable system of the dismantling of the interior canals only turning a quarter of a turn, the fixed screw.
Dual drum (Model S)
As the only grape press builder we offer a dual system that unites the advantages of the open drum with the ones of the closed drum.Depending on needs or preferences, it can do the pressing process with the system opened or closed. With little manouvers you can assemble or dismantle the must canals installed on the outside , so that our customer's dispose of a maximum flexibility regarding the chosen pressing system.
