Filtration system by reverse osmosis:
Description:
The principal application of these filters is the enrichment of the must increasing the sugar level as a major concentration of the organic acids and bouquet obtaining a better structure and colour of the future wine.
This process is made by means of the reverse osmosis. The osmosis is a physics phenomenon where, by means of a semi-waterproof membrane the solvent of a more diluted solution transfer is produced to another more concentrated solution for which if pressure is applicated to the concentrated part we will obtain the reserve phenomenon, so the solvent would pass from the most concentrated part to the most diluted one, increasing the concentration and eliminating the solvent, and this process is known as reverse osmosis.
Dimensions:
- Total perservation of the organoleptic characterisitcs of the must as its tipicity.
- Maintenance reduced costs.
- Minimum lost of substances in the permmed.
- Minimum product temperature rise during filtration.
- It permits the membrane change depending on the characteristics of the product we want to filter.
