
Vintage peristaltic pumps
Description:
This pump is indicated to transfer liquids such as wine and semi-solid products such as whole , destemmed or crushed grapes, keeping quality and organleptic characteristics intact.
The basis of the operation of the vintage peristaltic pump, is the consecutive pressure of two or more rollers that when spinned it squashes a rubber tube that sucks the product and pushes it towards the exit.
The alternation between compressure and descompressure of the tube generates a continued flow of the product.
Characteristics:
- The pump's body is made of stainless steel in the models PE 60, PE 150 y PE 280.
- Glazed steel body in the models PE 300 y PE 600.
- Rotor with rollers mounted in bearings.
- Auto-carrying trolley in ST/ST AISI-304.
- Electric board with reversible gear .
- Rubber alimentary tube.
- Electric speed variator in models PE 60-150-280.
- Steady speed in model PE 300 and two speeds in model PE 600.
- Optional tray with motorized sling to collect whole, destemmed or crushed grape.
